Florida Allied Dental Assisting Educators (FADE) Position Statement on the Proposed Florida Restorative Functions Dental Auxiliary
The Florida Allied Dental Educators (FADE) support the creation of a Restorative Functions Dental Auxiliary (RFDA) in the state of Florida. The Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene sections of FADE recognize the need for the RFDA position and support a requirement maintaining that all candidates for the RFDA credential be graduates of an ADA CODA accredited Dental Assisting and or Dental Hygiene program.
